- How do I obtain photocopies of court documents?
If you know exactly what documents you need copied, please contact the clerk’s office for arrangements to have your request faxed to the clerk’s office. A deputy clerk will call you when the photocopies have been made. Generally, it takes a couple of days to process your request.

- How do I obtain a recording of the oral argument?
The oral argument is recorded and copied to a CDROM. You must have a computer to view the recording. Submit your request to the clerk’s office in writing along with the $25.00 fee and a self-addressed stamped mailer. Generally, it takes a week to process your request.

Yes. The night filing box is located adjacent to the entrance steps.
- What will be the filing date of the documents filed in the drop box?
Documents placed in the box prior to 8:00 a.m. will be clocked in as being “nightbox” filed as of the previous business day.
- What are the hours the drop box is available?
The drop box is available when the Court is closed. Documents will be removed from the box at 8:00 a.m. each business day.
- May I file a pleading by fax?
You may only file a pleading by fax if you have received prior permission by the Court. Fax filings are only accepted on emergency or expedited matters.
- When does the court issue its opinions?
Every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. The opinions are posted on the website shortly after 10:30 a.m.
