New Oral Argument Schedule
Starting on January 7, 2019, the Court will hold oral argument either on Mondays and Wednesdays or on Wednesdays and Fridays at the FIU College of Law courtroom. This change in the Court’s regular oral argument schedule is a result of the unavailability of the FIU courtroom on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Although the number of oral argument days will be reduced from three to two, the number of cases initially set for the weekly oral argument calendar will remain unchanged. Lawyers and others appearing before the Court for oral argument therefore should anticipate and prepare for longer oral argument days. This schedule will remain in place until the completion of the Court’s construction project this spring.

The Court thanks the FIU College of Law for making its courtroom available during the construction project.
